A: Due to the face that the heater is located on the underside of the stove, we recommend that you place the stove on a hard surface as the underside of the unit does get hot. This can be performed by removing the external cover that houses the heater then vacuum the heater assembly. Once you have cleaned the unit, plug it back in and turn it on. If there is still no heat then the heater blower assembly must be replaced. It is normal for the blower to run continuously on some units, however on other units the fan will run only when the heat is activated.

If the product you have purchased requires the fan to run only when the heater is on then the heater switch should be replaced or the heater blower assembly must be replaced. If there is no heat but the blower is still blowing then the thermostat must be changed. If your problem continues here are a few trouble shooting points: Check to ensure the batteries are working and replace if required.

The remote control may need to be initialized with the stove. The remote or the remote receiver may need to be replaces.
